Weird lines going down my apps?

So I just bought a new HP laptop and for some reason on my desktop apps, my Facebook profile and even some of my photos you can see thin lines going across them, almost like ridges, I’ve tried updating my drivers, adjusting my screen settings but nothing seems to make them go away? I tried take a screenshot of them but as soon as I go to upload it the lines disappear from the screenshot
