Weird glitch in when putting in pin

So basically, the issue for me is that whenever I turn off my computer, then turn it on again to sign in, it gives me a challenge phrase, I have put an incorrect pin today which caused me to get the challenge phrase thing, but now it's just there every time I login (Even if i don't put an incorrect pin)Someone help.
