Weird Display Glitch Issue

So I have a problem with my laptop. It is a high end gaming laptop with RTX 4060 (Laptop GPU), AMD Ryzen 7 7840HS, 16 GB RAM and 1 TB of storage. It has no problem with games. I can still get very good fps with high settings on the games I play. But when it comes to normal apps (most of the apps I use), the monitor randomly freezes frequently. But it is not a normal freezing issue because some parts of the display get updated and the others don't. I couldn't spot a pattern with when or where this is happening.
