Weird characters on save as dialog file type description...

It was like some few chinese characters always, but now it's even more weird. I don't know what have happened. Anybody knows what is going on and how to fix it? I don't see any malware, checked with many different antiviruses as well as manually.


On file types settings description seems to be fine.
