Weird bug with windows 11

[Windows 11]

When using windows 11, sometimes when I am using an application, e.g. scrolling down, there is a layer of the previous appearance of the application placed over it, which can be removed by moving my mouse over it, like a brush, revealing the screen under it. I have no idea what to do to fix this. Help please!
