Websites not loading!

I've recently bought a Samsung Galaxy Book4 Edge and have been having trouble accessing certain websites. The main one is sparx-learning.com. it just simply doesn't load. It works on other laptops.. I've checked pop up blocker but am at a loss as to what it can be. Could it have anything to do with the arm processors?
