Website locked lost computer and Admin PIN isn't working to access it.

I locked my computer Surface Pro from the website and now have it back. I dont see any unlock ability on the website. Admin screen says to enter PIN (no other password options). I have entered my pin and it isnt working. I tried pressing shift and restarting with no change to screen. Holding the plus volume and power button but the system doesn't give me a factory reset option. F11, Ctrl/alt/delete, F12 don't do anything on start up. How do I get my computer unlocked or just factory reset?
