A "Message From Webpage" has popped up and I cannot close it. The website it came from is something like www.pcsystemservice.info and on the page it says, "The problem is caused by unusual activity performed on this machine. Error code: rundell.exe. Call Microsoft support: 1-844-677-7692.
It it will not let me close the webpage or the pop up. There also is a female voice reading the pop up that says "call his number immediately," "your Microsoft computer has been blocked," and "your personal data is at risk."
I just wanted to know know if this is a scam, and what I should do?
