Web-sign-in fails due to exception code 0xc0000409 in LogonWebHost.dll on Win11 24H2

Dear all,I'm contacting you on the well known bug with web sign-in.Please use the case #2502030050004199 as a reference.We have laptop on Win 11 24H2 (26100.3194) with reproducible problem. In theory all our laptops affected by this problem but on most of them we blocked 24H2 update.
