For a while I have been having issues with my laptop going on Limited connection for no reason. After calling the internet company so many times, I realize it is either Windows 8 or the HP laptop itself. That is one problem. Now recently I had to refresh the laptop due to Windows 8 not responding upon restarting the laptop, which removed any apps I downloaded. I reinstalled only my firefox. Now the web pages either won't load, load slow or lose connection. This didn't happen before the refresh. So there must be a setting that is wrong or something that needs to be downloaded. If anyone can help, I would really appreciate it.
