"Web Browser" is not listed under "Default Apps". (Windows 11 23H2)

Following recent updates, I'm unable to set my default web browser. There is no entry for "Web Browser" between "VLC Media Player" and "Windows Backup" on my "Default Apps" page (see attached screenshot). I can set the application used to open .htm and .html files under "Choose defaults by file type", but this does not affect the web browser which Outlook, Teams, etc, use to open links. In my Outlook settings, the options for "Open hyperlinks from Outlook" are "Microsoft Edge" and "Default Browser", and I have it set to "Default Browser".How do I restore the "Web Browser" entry to my Defaul
