“We couldn’t update system reserved partition” Issue when updating windows, seems unsolvable, does anyone know a solution?

I've had this recurring issue now for it feels like years and I've not found a way to solve it, and every method I found on the internet does not make a difference. I'm not sure if it's some issue with my PC that limits it or if this is some weird issue that it solveable. It's basically when I try to update my PC I get the same message over and over stating that I can't update becayse of a lack of space in my PC if I understand it correctly. Now I've tried opening up space on the PC, using the method here on Microsoft, I even fell for a dumb fake help video that may have put a virus on my PC
