"We can't download the required language files right now" message when setting up Live Captions with translation

I can download apps from the MS Store just fine and normal Live Captions works, but I can't set up the translation feature ( I have a CoPilot+ PC). It keeps giving me said message, and the translation pack it downloads is only like 20kb in size. I was gonna ask in Feedback Hub but that doesn't work either, it tells me that I need a Microsoft ADD account to sign in.
