We are unable to upgrade the operating system from Windows to Windows 11. We have deployed the package from SCCM and it shows successful in logs(Wuhandler.log) ask for user to restart. After restarting it going back to Windows 10 again.I cleared the ccmcache and soft distribution folder and tried again still the same.I found the below error in c$\$WINDOWS.~BT\Sources\Rollback\WinPE\setupapi Unable to unload hive key C:/$WINDOWS.~BT/Sources/SafeOS/SafeOS.Mount/Windows/System32/config/SOFTWARE' loaded by another process. Error = 0x00000005, Time = 2 msCould you please help me out on this
