Hi,We are currently facing two major issues:MS Outlook 2016 application is not functioningWe have attempted the following troubleshooting steps:A. Created a test profile for Outlook – It works only when the user is connected to the domain network. When switching to an external network, it fails to connect.B. Repaired the Office 2016 installation.MS Excel 2016 is not opening after upgrading to Windows 11 version 24H2 build 26100We uninstalled MS Office 2016 and tried opening Excel again, but it still does not open.
