WD SSD brought BSOD to my pc

Hi,This is my first post on reddit and I hope I can get the solution for my problem, yesterday I upgraded my SSD M.2 from 1TB addlink which I used for the past 4 years with no issue, to a new WD SSD M.2 SN850X atlas II 2TB (WDS200T2XHE).I replaced it my self, my Motherboard is gigabyte B660 DS3H DDR4, once I set up everything I played one game for an hour then I got the first blue screen, I tried to figure what was the cause of it because it was the first time I experiencing this issue since I purchased my PC back on 2020, I found that there is a new windows update ( I am using win 10 ) after
