Watchdog violation assistance

Hello, I have repeatedly gotten blue screens on my built desktop, and I cannot for the life of me figure out what could be the issue. I have flashed the motherboard, I have constant monitoring systems to see if there is any overheating, and I cannot figure out what the cause could be.
