Washed out screen after windows update

I bought a new laptop(Asus tuf dash f15) and after i updated all my windows pending updates the last nvidia update changed my screen to a washed out color condition i.e.. The depth of black is no more seen mostly ash type colour. What should i do about it any suggestions please..
