Warning: Battery is critically low

(1) I don't want to show this page.When it gets below 5%, this window pops up on reboot. how can i turn it off? I t's natural, I already know it needs charging․ New Dell Inspiron 3520(2) Tried to change these settings but no positive result, after restart same bios window opens again.Maybe this problem will be fixed in power options Advanced settings?1.2.
