Walmart and VPN

[Windows 11]

I am only able to access Walmart with a VPN on my laptop (Samsung Galaxy Book pro 360). I don't know why since this was not an issue before. I live in the USA. I tried deleting my cookies and cache, but it did not work. My computer is up to date as well. I also tried using different browsers and turned off all extensions. No luck. I think it may be a problem with Windows/Internet connection, but I am not sure. By the way, Walmart works on my phone and my family member's laptop. Just not mine.
