Waking and Hibernate issues with new Laptop

Hello I recently purchased a new laptop running windows 11 and found that If I select the external mouse NOT to wake the PC in Power Management tab in properties, it continues to wake it. I tried different brands both wired and wireless and all showed the same issue.If I select the internal mousepad To Wake the PC in power management tab in properties - NOTHING happens.If I select the lid to wake the PC when it is open, this works as expected for up to 3 hours but at this point, when I open the lid, the PC does NOT wake up and the screen remains black.
