Wake on Wan not working

Today i enabled the "wake on WAN" option and everything works fine. However, when i hibernate or sleep my pc for like 30 minutes the laptop doesnt wake on wan i cant power on the laptop untill i press the power button, how can i make the "wake on wan" option work consistently, just to mention i use my phone to turn on my laptop
