WAIT 30 DAYS TO CHANGE PIN?! NO PC ACCESS!!! Help

Hello,Why am I being forced to wait 30 days?Last week I tried adding a finger in my laptop to scan better during the login. I had to enter my pincode, which I wrote down on a paper and used before to log in.But the code didn’t work? It denied access and I went through the steps of setting up a new pincode, luckily I already added a fingerprint, so I could still use I could still reprint scan. But today I tried finger access, and I got rejected. It said to enter pincode, but my passcode was still not working and now I have to wait 30 days to access my laptop.Can someone please help?I need to do
