Wacatac H infection on Windows 11. Need advice.

I download a file and it was detected by Defender as malicious. Assuming it was a false positive I ran it and ignored Defender. Once extracted, I saw the file duplicate itself in a few folders such as documents etc. Shortly after that it was quarantined again by Defender. I removed the 2-3 threats using Defender. I had Google Chrome open and iCloud iKeychain extension running but not unlocked. (It requires a 6 digit code generated by iCloud on the PC.) Google Chrome had many of my passwords saved. 10 minutes later someone attempted to login into my Riot account, I changed the password. A few h
