Wacatac.A!ml and Wacatac.B!ml keep getting detected by Microsoft Defender Antivirus

I keep getting notified that Microsoft Defender Antivirus has detected Wacatac.A!ml and Wacatac.B!ml. No matter how many times I click remove or quarantine I keep getting popups telling me it's been detected again. What can I do to get rid of the trojan and the constant notifications?
