W11 PRO - #1801 - "Can't find Printer error msg 1801"

Hello, on 50 PCs just received, message 1801 ..Printers from different brands are stored on a print server. These work well with the company's other 150 PCs (W10 and W11) Firewall disabled (managed by BitDefender Gravity Zone). I can't find the solution (and I have 50 people harassing me :-() Would you have an idea? THANKS
