W11 24H2 and Lenovo Yoga Slim 7 gen8 14APU8

I cannot instal windows 11 24H2 update that appeared in Windows Update.It fails after the second reboot and the system was automatically restored to the previous version.Windows Update shows - Install error - 0xc1900101 .It seems that Lenovo should update the BIOS or Microsoft fix something ?How do we raise the bug to Microsoft?Lenovo forums topic 1Lenovo forums topic 2
