W10's Start Menu keep getting rearranged often these days.

It is quite annoying. I have to keep rearranging my stuff back! It had been happening the last several months and getting worse (more often). Do I really have to use a third party Start Menu to avoid this? I am trying to avoid third parties since Microsoft loves to break things. :(Windows 10 is Professional v10.0.19045.4894 from last Tuesday's updates.Thank you for reading and hopefully answering soon. :)
