W10 update removed most of my apps

Attached is a list of ALL the programs Windows 10 update removed from my computer. Now I have very little to work with. How can I recover my programs and apps. I want my computer as it was before!!! This is a great loss to me. Please advice. Thanks. (I am not a computer geek so I need clear explanations.)
