W10 Taskmanager window opened blocks interaction/responsiveness with other windows

Hi All,For quite a while now on my Dell laptop I have this pesky -really annoying- problem that I cannot find the cause for.Every so and so often I'm in need of running taskmanager to check what other running apps are doing and consuming on my system.However, when taskmanager is running and it's window is showing opened on the desktop, all interaction with other open windows is blocked.I can click in any other open windows that is showing, but focus is not moved to that window, i.e. nothing happens.I can hover over the icons on the taskbar, get a miniature of the running app, but clicking the
