W10 pro transfer to new work computer?

I recently got a windows 11 notebook but it only has home edition. Am I able to transfer the license to that computer (my previous is now too slow) and I'd rather not have to purchase another key. Do I just create installation media or is there something else I need to do? Any help is appreciated
