W-LAN connection problem with my Windows 7 laptop

Since we have a new high speed w-lan router in my parents home I cannot anymore connect my Window 7 based laptop to the internet. The router is correctly shown in the connection list, also it is indicated that my laptop is connected to the router. But the message is: no Internet connection. The same is true if I try to connect to the hot spot of my father's smart phone. The connection to the smart phone is confirmed but no Internet connection. My own smart phone and all 4 other laptops in our family have been connected to the new high speed router without problems. So the reason seems to be linked to the wrong configuration of my Windows 7 laptop. I tried to follow several solution proposals in other forums - non have been successful.

Could you provide some support or hints how to approach this problem? If you need more specific info's about my PC configuration or ifscreen shots would be helpful to get a clearer understanding of the situation I would highly appreciate to follow your advise.
