VPN (encryption disabled)

Hello, dear colleagues. I am experiencing an issue with VPN. I use Touch VPN for this purpose. Every time I try to turn on this VPN, it shows – “encryption disable”. Honestly I have tried to solve this issue in 2 ways:1. put checkmark on boxes - "Use SSL, use TLS" - within advanced setting for Internet Options (Windows OS - Control Panel).2. performed Network reset via Windows setting.Both attempts didn’t help to remedy this issue – it still persists.So, could you please help me with my issue. It is getting now some sort of headscratch and really halt my job all the way?Thank you in adva
