VPN connectivity

Hi! I am working remotely from the Philippines and I am trying to have access to the private VPN of my client's clinic. I have been having problems getting thru their VPN system. On their side, they can see me coming in but I am not pushing thru/forward or "not connecting but they can see me coming in"My client's IT department has been trying to troubleshoot the problem and same problem occurs still. There are other Microsoft OS laptops/computers that have successfully accessed their VPN. I am using an MSI Modern 14 b5m-084ph - Ryzen 5 5000 series, OS windows 11. Common errors on my end:1. A
