Volume stuck on 100%, HP laptop, Windows 11

My volume on my HP laptop with Windows 11 is stuck on 100% no matter what the volume slider says. This started suddenly 2 weeks ago. The startup sound isn't exceptionally loud but the audio on both Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge is on 100% even if it says 2%. I have to manually adjust the volume on video players to bring the audio down instead.Things I've tried:1) The built in audio troubleshooter. This gave me a bunch of steps and then ultimately said it couldn't detect anything wrong.2) Checking for out of date drivers. Nothing. Windows insists all my drivers are up to date.3) Going to dev
