Volume down button mutes windows sound

Hello!For around a couple weeks now, the volume down key on my laptop as well as my wireless keyboard mutes/unmutes the sound instead of turning it down.I'm assuming that it is a Windows issue since it is happening on both keyboards.I believe that it started happening after the last Windows update.I have restarted the laptop, disabled all non-Microsoft services, reinstalled all keyboard input devices and started Windows in safe mode but it didn't help.Windows 11 Home Version 24H2 Build 26100.2605Asus ROG Zephyrus G15 (R9 5900HS + RTX 3060)**** moved from german to english Community ****
