Volume capped at 50% with all sliders maxed out

Please read entire post before respondingI just got a new PC and i am having an issue where my volume appears to be capped at 50% even when set to 100%. I tried using the "loudness equalization" feature on "HD audio" (windows integrated drivers) which equalized all quiet sounds and made them sound better but as soon as a sound goes over 50% if muffles all sounds and equalizes at 50%. Playing consistent loud noises at max volume you can clearly see that the volume is capped. i put in a solid 15 hours of research on google trying every trouble shooting option i could find (i found many posts wit
