VMware Workstation Pro 17 - Upgrading Windows Me to Windows XP causes a problem

Hello everyone,When i try to upgrade from Windows Me to Windows XP during the upgrade process, i get this problem:This happens during copying installation files and after that the screen goes black and this problem appears.Anyone knows on how to fix this problem? Thanks!
