Visual Studio Installer + Cleanup - The Confusion

I used the Visual Studio Installer (v3.4.2246.31370) to install everything from all sections, including the Development of C++, the Development of Python, the Development of Code.js, the Runtime Files of C++, and so on. When I clicked "InstallCleanup.exe", it cleans up the Shortcuts, the MSI files, the Install Cache files, and so on. While I was looking into Visual Studio Installer, all of the ones from the Installed section are disappeared.
