I've reinstalled my windows and thought of upgrading it to w11. All seems to work fine, excepting that defender doesn't work which I don't mind, but Visual Studio Community is glitched like this, I've tried to clean reinstall it multiple times using Revo uninstaller, I updated whatever driver I could but still nothing. I've tried to search for this problem on google without success. Anyone any idea how to fix it or what's causing it. Even a little lead would help. Also, what I installed is Desktop apps C/C++ with the default settings. I've tried: restarting the machine, updating driver
