Visual C++ redistributable minimum runtime unavailable

Steam game didnt load due to minimum runtime. I noticed windows update gave me an error and asked me to reinstall windows or something similar through the windows update. That happened and now i have Windows 11, version 23H2 correctly installed. Steam error persisted so I looked online. Followed the steps in Redirecting and resulting screenshot is:Reeboot and error persisted. Went on to install the new x86 redistributable and the same error appared, not finding
