Visual Basic Command Line Compiler is killing my CPU

I often feel like my Laptop gets slower, and when I open my Task Manager, i see that there is a process that is called Visual Basic Command Line Compiler gets up to 40%+ of my CPU (I7 10th gen). After I end the task, the laptop runs smoother, and i'd like to know if there are any ways to solve this problem, or if i have to reinstall windows.
