Vista 32 bit / Adobe Flash Player

I have a Windows Vista 32 bit computer with issues when using the Adobe Flash Player. I have tried to update to the newest Flash player but of course I can't since I am using Vista. I can't afford a new computer and really don't want to shell out $ for windows 10. I'm otherwise happy still using Vista. Is there any way around updating the Flash Player so it stops hanging up when I'm on the internet?
