Virus worry - very weird startup screen after waking computer from "sleep" mode

Hello all,Worried I have a virus please help - any suggestions or help is much appreciated. Software engineer myself but I just can't figure this one out.I have a 1 year old PC that I built and downloaded windows on. I am running Windows 11 pro. Below is all the information about the windows version I am on right now.I've never had a virus before or any issues. Also, I have not downloaded anything on this computer in the recent past.
