Virus & Threat Protection Not Working

Whenever I open Virus & threat protection it says that it's disabled by my IT administrator has limited my access, but I am not even working anywhere and its my personal laptop.And I have tried everthign to get it woking but nothing works.Please help!!!And In the providers for antivirus it say's that there is no provider for anitvirus
