Virus & threat protection is managed by your Admin windows 10

Hi, I have this problem when I open up the Virus & threat protection setting on my win 10.




This is my personal computer at home and there is no other Admin besides me, there are only 2 users, 1 is myself, the other is a guest profile.


I did a check on my registry and found out that my Windows Defender is missing it's DisableAntiSpyware REG_DWORD file.




Is there any possibility to download this and paste it inside the registry?
