Virus & Threat Protection is "Blocked by an IT Administrator" (SOLVED)

[Windows 11]

I accidentally installed malware onto my computer, ran a full factory reset and have tried COUNTLESS solutions to fixing the problem. Regedit, Resetting the Windows Protection, The CMD Prompt, the whole 9-yards. NOTHING works. If anyone out there knows how to solve this, PLEASE tell me. I have been at this for hours now.EDIT: I don't even know what I did but I did it, it's working, if you're having the same issue best of luck to you
