"Virus scan failed" after latest windows 10 update

Hello, I am getting "Virus scan failed" after the latest windows 10 update when trying to download anything. Worked fine yesterday then I got an auto update over the night and am unable to download. I have tried the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Attachment.What could be the problem?
