In my control panel on security and maintenance, It says my windows antivirus is turned off and currently being managed by my administrator. I've went to the command prompt and ran it as a admin and used (REG DELETE "HKLM\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows Defender" /v DisableAntiSpyware)
I was able to click turn on but it didn't work. I've also been facing update problems and it tells me there is an error encountered. This isnt allowing me to use the windows 10 setup.
