virus and threat protection

when i try to open Virus and threat protection it says "Your administrator has limited access to some areas of this app".Itried to find a solution but none of them worked , i tried deleting other accounts , i deleted 3rd party anti virus and tried using cmd and none of them worked .so if you got a different way to fix it ,please help me thank you
